First interview was in September 2007 and the second followed only a few weeks later. Why so soon? Because I listened to the interviewer and came back with more proof as soon as I had time to do it all over again. That was, as much as I remember, at the beginning of October 2007. Next one was end of November, that same year. Last interview was in September 2008 and my fiance attended it with me (before that, he was just my boyfriend, or, well, friend for those who asked at the Embassy). At this point, we were denied because we had our K-1 already pending.

I had a full time job at one of the biggest companies (a bank), with a salary above the Croatian average, was a final year college student. I had rather big banks savings, a lot of family and friends, etc etc etc etc. Nobody cared about any of this, pretty much. The problem was the Internet.

Oh well. All is good now.

im new here..i need help..

i have just applied for B-2 tourist visa and got denied. i was suppose to visit my boyfriend after his visit to me. but my visa application was rejected.

now, we decided to apply for the k-1 visa as we want to be together and this time, forever.

my worry is, will it affect the application if they saw my B-2 application was rejected then next day after the denial of visa, we submitted the k-1 visa application?

please all help us..

hi! we tried that too, i was denied of a tourist visa <B2> and it did not affect our application of K1. In fact, I am already in the states with him.

Good luck to you guys!

God bless your journey.
