What happens If we get denied through the process like if they say there is not enough proof of long term relationship? Can you start the process over again at a later date? We met on the internet in Nov. 07 but we only talked on MSN Mesnager and I did not save any coversation on there because i never thought at the time I would need them. I have more recent one A letter I sent back in Aug 08 a letter he sent me in Dic. 08 but I really do not have anything before that time.

You could start it again, but gather the information you will need to prove the relationship (it really doesn't have to be long, just bonafide).

However, you do not mention if you met in person - that is a requirement for the K-1 - to have met within the previous 2 years upon filing the petition.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

If the reason for denial was for "Non-bona fide relationship", yes you can start again at a later date. USCIS tends to expire denied cases for the Non-bona fide relationship denial.

What you can do is provide some evidence of length of relationship at the time you file the I-129F, this tends to front-load the petition, and tends to defuse this reason for denial at the time of the interview.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

Make sure you collect "evidence" since the time of meeting in person and after you file the petition. Your petition will not be denied for lack of "ongoing relationship" evidence as it is not required for that stage of the process. All you can do is collect what you can until the interview. If you are denied for reason of "lack of evidence" yes, you could re-apply. As long as there is no denial which results in a ban, criminal activity, drugs, etc.

I am more concerned that in the OP's post, there is no mention of actually meeting in person (met on the internet, chat online, some letters).

That puts a kibosh on the petition if true.

Have you tried looking for the conversations? I never saved my msn conversations, but then found that my computer was automatically saving them! In msn messenger, you can click (above the conversation) " view all chat history with this contact", and it should open it up. Or try looking for it elsewhere... mine is located here, automatically:

Documents\My Received Files

Your msn login should have folder there, and then click "history".

Make sure you show them as much as you can from your trip there... maybe you got a hotel, or have tickets to somewhere with both your names on? Photos of you on this trip are important, and you should send as many as you can, especially any with other people in them.
