Are we required to bring a employment for the beneficiary. I was reading the 797c initial interview notice and it does not state that I need to bring any sort of employment letter/pay stub. So in other words..... do i have to bring a employment letter. I really dont I will be able to get a employment letter but I can take paystubs. Please let me know what you all think.

Unless requested by the govenment, you don't have to bring it, unless you feel it will support your case.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

WARNING: Phrases in this post may sound meaner than they were intended to be. Read the Adjudicator's Field Manual from USCIS
