USCIS Attached our prior attorney to the case

Hello All:

I filed an I-130 for my wife and a 2nd and 3rd I-130 for my 2 step children on January 27. I filed the I-130's by myself without an attorney. However, USCIS listed my attorney from a prior case on the current case and I found out about it when the prior attorney called me (after receiving the NOA-1).

What is the best way to remove this attorney from this case ??? Is there a form I complete or do I just call them. I called them once - the gentleman put me on hold for more then 1 hour and I finally gave up.

What did your lawyer suggest?

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.
