I would just like to share...

I can't believe I have been in US for more than a year now... And alot has happened within that last year. For most of the events that I have experienced within the past year, for some people it may have taken years for them to experience what I have experienced last year... or sometimes maybe even not at all... It was indeed my year last year.

Something worth writing about... Let's do a backtrack...

March 26, 2008 (Philippine date) - flight to US - my very first international flight

March 27, 2008 (US) - welcome to US (you can just imagine all of the first experiences on this day)

- first time i met my then-fiance's dogs, first time i saw his apartment, his pets, first glimpse of my husband's lifestyle!

April 8, 2008 - first time I met my husband's dad and Anna

- first time i went honky tonks, hockey

May - first time I met hubby's mom and John, bought very first car for me

May 20 - one and only WEDDING day

June - first time we visited MI, where husband grew up. First time meeting husband's relatives, first family reunion on my husband's side.

July - first 4th of July celebration

August - first time I reached MA to visit my relatives, my aunt who ive never seen for 17 years. First time I met my uncle Dave and my cousin Alaina

Sept - Work permit approved

First football game

Oct 11 - received my work permit in the mail though it was approved Sept 30.

Oct 14 - got first phone call for a job interview.

Oct 16 - scheduled date of interview (that time said they will call me within a week)

Oct 25 (Sat) - Company where I interviewed for called even not business hours to give me job offer

Nov 3 - start date

Dec 5 - Found out pregnant (first ultrasound that confirmed another life in me)

- first Christmas together

Jan - first new year together

Feb - First Valentines day together

March - bought and moved to our house, now home

my first birthday here in US

First anniversary here in US

so there... been a year...

July 18 - expecting our first born child

... and so on... more to come.

Just too much going on in my last year. Just feel so blessed. And still thankful and grateful for everything... Thank you Lord!

Oct 11, 2010 ---> Mailed ROC packet

Oct 12, 2010 ---> Signed for and received by destination

Oct 14, 2010 ---> Money order cashed

Oct 18, 2010 ---> NOA1 received in mail

Nov 15, 2010 ---> Biometrics and fingerprinting appointment

Jan 28, 2011 ---> ROC approved

heheheh... don't know about normal delivery... everyone seems to say that i will have a c-section... laki kasi ng baby ko... laki rin ng belly ko... Parang bowling ball... hahahaha... and im really petite... naku... kakatakot talaga... pero kaya naman siguro... ;):thumbs:
