Received docs back from VSC but no NOA1?

I just got an envelope that included my Certificate of Citizenship and another slip of paper that says that this is an intitial screening for the proper fee and signatures only. Also that I don't have to resubmit my Certificate of Citizenship. Nothing else was included. I'm guessing this ISN'T my NOA1. When should the NOA1 get here? They've already taken the money out of my account.

i don't understand why USCIS return the documents back to you? was there a reason why?

I know why. It was just my original Certificate of Citizenship. I'm originally from Jamaica. They asked for the original to be sent to them as proof that I'm American. I guess I could have sent a passport but I opted for this instead. They just returned it to me. But nothing else came. I thought I'd get my NOA1 by now.

if you sent a check, you can have a look on the back because when USCIS cash the check, they would put the case number on there.
