Here is the USCIS link for the civil surgeon locator: https://egov.uscis.gov/crisgwi/go?action=of...office_type=CIV

Someone who did their medicals in NJ can probably give more insight.

As for what vaccinations are needed, the CS wil know what you need. If you have no record, they will probably give you all that you had in Zambia. You will also need a Tb skin test.

Its hard to tell someone which vaccinations they need because everyone is different. Personally I only got (in the USA) Gardisal (because I am a female under 27 years old) . You are 'supposed' to get TB Skin Test also (we skipped that and figured if they RFE us we will go get it done). Shop around, it may be cheaper to get them done at a regular clinic (just make sure you ask for some sort of written/signed & Dated proof that you got it. Many people also use Dr Arnold to transcribe (he charges $30.00 at the time of writing this).

Vaccination here in the US is simply continuing the vaccine shots you had during your K1 Visa but this time it should be transcribed by a surgeon.

Just click the link below and enter zip code to locate surgeon near your area.
