i do have question

i was refused to get the visa to finsh my study in usa in 2003..

and now i m i got married to american girl do u think it ganna have a bad effect on marriage visa thnk u

Nope it wont, but question might come up at the time of interview why were you denied visa so be prepare to answer the question.

Why was the first visa refused?

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

just refused nothing bad

Did they at least gave you an explanation why it was refused? You have the right to know why they refused your Visa.

ohh this in 2003 i did not remmbre nothing

Without knowing the reason - hard to say what will happen.

Maybe nothing.
