case still not complete ??? received sign on error msg.

Ok whats the deal, yesterday tried to log onto the NVC online payment site, got error message. I was so excited thinking that my case was going to close yesterday evening.. my case is still under review. could i be the exception to the rule??? i noticed from other members, that once you receive that error msg, that your case is approved by that evening. has this ever happened to anyone else. or is just MY LUCK!!!! I hope my case is completed today

USCIS:Filing-CR-1 8/2/08 got married in accra ghana

9/5/08 mailed I130 chicago lockbox 9/8/08 I130 received at chicago lockbox

9/11/08 check cashed 9/15/08 NOA1 received in mail ( CSC) 9/16/08 USCIS update info on website

01/24/09 RFE notice by email (sad & worried)

01/27/09 received RFE in my P.O.BOX, requesting i take new passport size photo of MYSELF, this time write information on back of photo in pencil, i sed black felt pen per I-130 instructions.

01/27/09 took new passport size photo of myself, mailed off corrected RFE USPS EXPRESS MAIL

01/29/09 received email from USCIS request for evidence received and case processing resumed

02/05/09 TOUCHED!!! prayn for no RFE"S

02/06/09 I-130 APPROVED!!!! received email from USCIS 02/09/09 received NOA2 hard copy in the mail

NVC

02/09/09 NVC case# given today (very nice operator)

2/13/09 NVC sent form DS-3032 to me & beneficiary i emailed ds3032 to nvc

2/19/09 received AOS Bill & copy of ds-3032 in the mail

2/20/09 tried to pay AOS online, made mistake typing my first name, i think payment was rejected.

2/23/09 hubby mailed faxed copy of ds3032 to nvc st.louis.(still hasnt received his copy from NVC)

02/23/09 AOS bill shows PAID!!!!, YAY!! will mail I-864 now.

3/4/09 mailed AOS (I-864) USPS express mail (will mail ds230 in april after my trip to ghana)

04/03/09 paid IV Bill online

04/09/09 USPS expressed mail:: DS230-IVBILL to NVC:: 4/10/09 NVC received DS230

4/14/09 DS230 being reviewed

4/22/09 CASE COMPLETE AT NVC ( per operator & AVR)

12/3/09 email from NVC

01/11/2010 Interview Ghana Embassy. Visa Approved. 2/5/10 received visa

I started getting that error morning of Apr 13th,got excited that my case would be completed and called back @ night of Apr 13th and I was told my case has been completed today.I called four times during that week and every one said my case has been completed as of Apr 13th.

Called Apr 20th case still under review and not completed.Called today and AVR said case completed on Apr 21st.

SO here i m ......an exception .Case officially completed after 7 days of getting that error (per AVR)

Mar 4,09 NVC recvd fee

Mar 10,09 AOS sent

Mar 30,09 mailed DS-230

Apr 13,09 CASE COMPLETED(per operators)

Apr 20,09 FINAL REVIEW

Apr 21,09 CASE COMPLETED (per AVR)

Apr 23,09 called:INTERVIEW JUNE 24th

Jun 24,09 AP, 1-3 months

Calling DOS begins,here is what I was told

Jul 7,09 No info @ DOS

Jul 10,09 Case sent to DC-pending

Jul 17,09 Pending

Jul 24,09 Pending,you can call every day for update but the day they call him for passport it means something is up so you get to know it before we do

Jul 31,09 Pending AP

Aug 06,09 Call from USEM requesting to submit passport

Aug 07,09 Every thing looks very good,visa issuance is up to the consulate!!!

Aug 07,09 Passport submitted

Aug 07,09 USEM is requesting applicant's passport :)

Aug 17,09-call 1 Visa issued Aug 3rd,EM recvd passport on 10th but still havent returned it

Aug 17,09-call 2 Case pending some kind of processing (URGHHHHHHHHH NOT AGAIN)

Aug 18,09 call to pick up passport,picked up from AMEX

Sep 26,09 REUNION :)

yes it a good sign just wait couple of days or who knows maybe this evening but you so close

Hi spoke with operator around 11am, case was COMPLETED TODAY!!!! YAY :dance::dance::dance: ( i hope its complete) keeping my fingers crossed. she said to call back may 15 for interview date. thanks for your kind replies. van.
