HELLO vj member..

can i ask something about IR-1 visa Instead CR-1....me and my husband were married in 6 yrs and already have son 6 months old baby... so you think guys we can apply for IR-1 coz we married in how many years now... coz i heard of CR-1 IF married for less than 2 yrs.... IR-1 married in more than 2 years... is that correct.. or correct me if im wrong guys....

So we can apply for IR-1 visa guys????? pls enlighten me guys

we planning to apply this year guys, hope you can reply me pls....

you are eligible for IR visa....I think it is the USCIS or NVC will be the one to catigorized you of what kind of visa you do, either CR1 or IR 1 but I will assure you that you are IR1 visa ....please follow the link below when you start to process,it really helps me a lot

Yes, the CR1 visa is for couples married less than two years and the IR1 visa is for couples married longer than two years.

Naturalization

3/23/14 - N400 package sent to Phoenix

3/27/14 - N400 package delivered

4/3/14 - NOA1 receipt date

4/4/14 - check cashed

04/29/14 - biometrics date

07/01/14 - interview date

xx/xx/xx - Oath Ceremony
