I justgot this email from my senator!!!

Below is an update I received concerning I-129F applications. It appears that they are sending a large amount of them out today.

All I-129F receive on and after 03/06/2006 were place on hold do to a revise I-129F application. There will be over 5000 RFE sent out today to those who submitted the I-129F asking for more information.

I have a feeling that this is it. My senator has no reason to BS me and I doubt that the USCIS would BS one of the ranking senators.

I want to believe this too!! I am still very early in the game, but my family has contacted Senator Durbin over many different issues in the past and he has always come through for us.

Hopefully for all CSC people things will start moving!! Positive Thinking!!!

Considering CSC supposedly received most if not all of the 10,000 being held because of IMBRA, I would bet this is just CSC. VSC already started.

Where did you get this from?

Everyone getting one is from Vermont. And that´s a lot of people.

All 1100 recalled cases are from Vermont.

I don´t think most if not all of them are from California...

My I-129F was filed with NBC after the I-130 went to CSC from TSC. I have an MSC number and never received an e-mail that my case was sent to CSC. So I wonder if MSC is still processing I-129F's - does anyone know?

Please, let the RFEs come flowing like down like manna from heaven this week!!! You know, dates are interesting... 03/06/06 it turns out, was the K1/IMBRA D-Day; I just celebrated a lonely birthday 06/06/06; and my mom always likes to remind my that my birthday is the anniversary of the other D-Day in WWII. May all of this bad luck turn itself around and the RFE fall into all of our waiting hands within a few short days!!!!
