Hello friend,

First time i went to America and visited my boyfriend for 2 week from 1-13 Mar and arrived in Thailand 14 Mar,

We decided to process K-1 Visa. Now we already got NOA1 and waiting for NOA2. He wants me to visit him and waiting for NOA2 in America in 8 of June. Can i visit him?

I worried about this so much cause of I just went to America in Mar and going back in June. Someone told me that maybe they will bann my visa.

Please give me some advice.

PS. I already have 10 years tourist visa.

Thanks.

My timeline

Of course you can come visit. As always, you do run the risk of being denied entry. Under the K1, I would make sure that you bring copies of your paperwork along with papers showing your ties to your country, round trip ticket and be prepared to be questioned and reminded NOT to marry while you are here and not get a job and that standard stuff.

Anytime a Visa or VWP person comes to the States, they run the risk of being denied entry.

You will not be banned due to having a k-1 petition, however some have reported closer scrutiny at the border. However, my fiancee just returned from a 9 day visit and she had no difficulty at all. The border officer asked only 2 simple questions and wished her a wonderful vacation.

The key, I think, is just be relaxed, smile and answer the question(s) asked but no more. Purpose of visit? Holiday. :)

good luck!

It's possible to visit, border security can sometimes be aggravating about it though. You are doing nothing wrong so go for it.

My wife and me are working on her k3 now. We have a 3 month old son that I miss very much and want to see him grow up not on web cam while we wait. She has never been to the US. So I am working what is the best way to get a visa for her also. HAHA its been 5 days that I was in Thailand and miss them both. Yesterday my son ate his first banana and I only could watch on web. I think I will go crazy waiting for the K3.

What is a 10 year visa and how fast can you get one ?

10 year visa is the standard B1/B2 tourist visa (for business trips too).
