What does it mean? Anyone else has ever had a similar experience?

hmmm have u ever given a petition for anyone before? its prolly just a glitch in their system i was bared for like two months cuz they said i had logged in to many times took them a long time to figure out thats because i been WAITING so long.

lol no no i only told u what happened to me because it was also a glitch seems after u log in so many times u get that but most dont have so long of a wait so they dont add up the times logging in that i did..

its just a glitch in their system u can request new password if u think thats the issue or u can send email to tech support for them, for us it took about three emails to get them to fix the problem.

Ok, I just requested new password. The problem is still there.

* Multiple duplicate SRs already exist for the customer

By the way, anyone knows what is "SRs"?

5/29/2010 - USPS Express Mail Out N-400

6/2/2010 - Priority date

6/9/2010 - Check cashed

6/11/2010 - NOA in my mail box

6/17/2010 - Able to see case status "Initial Review"

6/18/2010 - LUD

7/2/2010 - Called mis-information line to put in a service request for STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED "FP NOTICE"

7/8/2010 - LUD, at 2:32am, received text msg and e-mail for req. for add'l evidence being mailed out on July 6th, believe it's for the FP

7/12/2010 - Received FP notice in mail, scheduled for 8/2/2010

7/15/2010 - Walk in FP

7/22/2010 - Online status changed to "Case sent to local office for interview schedule"

7/27/2010 - Received interview letter for 8/23/2010

8/23/2010 - Passed interview, was informed that next oath date is 9/22/2010 and oath letter will come in the mail

9/3/2010 - Received oath letter in the mail for 9/22/2010

But have you requested to register a login name before? They might have your information registered already. Try this:

I had the problem. All I did was created another login ID. and it worked.

K1/K2 Time Line:

2-22-06 I-129F sent to Nebraska Service Center

3-03-06 NOA1 Received In Mail

5-27-06 NOA2 Received In Mail

6-08-06 NVC Received

6-12-06 NVC Sent File To HCMC

8-01-06 Van Received Packet 3

8-02-06 Van turned Back Packet 3 at Consulate.

9-29-06 Van Received Packet 4 in the Mail.

10-23-06 Interview - Passed

12-01-06 POE - San Fransisco, 10 Min Thur Immigration for Van and Thu

AOS Time Line:

2-06-07 K-1-K2 AOS Mailed I-131,I-765 And I-485

2-20-07 NOA K-1-K2 AOS I-131,I-765 And I-485

2-26-07 Received Biometrics appointment notice's

No, I have not. This is my first and the only one login name I registered in 2005.

So it is still not working for you? Since I have the same problem I changed my password and trying to log in for a week by now, still no luck :(

2/16/08 --> finally send I-129F to CSC

7/21/08 --> touched/NOA2 email

8/09/08 --> "Pakage 3" in the mail

8/21/08 --> Medical Exam

9/19/08 --> Interview

9/26/08 --> Visa arrived

10/08/08 --> flying from Duesseldorf - JFK - Cleveland

11/08/08 --> finally married :)

12/27/08 --> AOS/EAD/AP send to Chicago

5/13/09 --> found a job and we picked out Molly (Beagle Puppy)

5/20/09 --> I485 "Card has been ordered" and again on 5/29/09

5/23/09 --> "Welcome to the United States of America"

6/2/09 --> AOS approved

6/5/09 --> GC in the mail and at night brinnging home Molly... such a great feeling :)

So it is still not working for you? Since I have the same problem I changed my password and trying to log in for a week by now, still no luck :(

I still have no luck. Today I decided to create another account and add my case number in there. This new account is working fine.

Check if you type your username/password correctly and usually they will locked the account for couple of minutes after multiple attempts so don't worry, just keep on trying after couple of minutes. :thumbs:
