my fiance had his pin used for 4 times and i'm not sure if he can still use it now. yes u can call the embassy once u have the case number but to those others are under review that is why it is kinda delayed just like mine. but to make it safe not to waste your money let your fiancee wait till she can receive a mail from manila us embassy then that is the time to call for an interview appointment. :)

August 6, 2009 - AOS Sent together with EAD and AP
August 17, 2009 - Received NOAs of AOS, EAD and AP
Sept. 15, 2009 - Biometrics Appointment
Sept. 24, 2009 - Received E-mail approval notice for EAD and AP
October 2, 2009 - AP on hand
October 3, 2009 - EAD card on hand
November 12, 2009 - Interview Date / Approved
November 23, 2009 - Green Card Received

March 21, 2012 - Lifting Conditions

May 22, 2013 - Citizenship

They keep telling me that I can not schedule until my fience recives her letter or 2 weeks has passed.

They ALMOST tried to tell me that, wanting us two wait two weeks. Call again in 2 days, and I bet they've updated her files so that you CAN schedule the appointment. I did, and I still don't have a letter!

OK I called and this time they say, hey you are ready to schedule the interview, so all is well. And for you that were bieng smart, if I can help people save 1 dime I will, you never know what kind of situation others are in. But anyway, she has an interview date of May 20th, thanks to all.

13 February 2009- Mailed I-129F to VSC

17 February 2009- Packet received and signed for by VSC(A. Stanley)

23 February 2009- Check cashed, finally(and away we go)

23 February 2009 - NOA1(dated February 18th)

22 March 2009- Notice of approval NOA2

4,5May 2009- Medical (Passed, 1 more hurdle)

20 May 2009- Interview (PASSED, GOT THAT PINK SLIP)

25 May 2009- CFO

05 OCT 2009- Flight to El Paso, TX

30 OCT 2009-wedding

02 JAN 2010-filed AOS

04 JAN 2010-signed for at 8:52 by CHYBA

hello guys. i have a question about this. i got an appointment cover letter thru email for my wife and kid(April 9, 2009)but my family in the philippines never got a hard copy or a packet. we just printed out the letter i got and follow the link and where to go from here to there.

we went ahead and they went to st luke for there physical using the cover letter email i got (April 27, 2009). but i notice reading on this forum that you took your physicals a week before interview. is this gonna be a problem that we went ahead? we just submitted saint lukes the a email copy and not the original one.

there interview is on May 22, 2009

No problem, taking the physical early is reccomended. One week before the interview is the latest it should be taken because it takes that long to get the physical information to the Embassy.

No problem, taking the physical early is reccomended. One week before the interview is the latest it should be taken because it takes that long to get the physical information to the Embassy.

how about the paper works necessary, do they don't mind if its just an email copy and not the original?
