Anyone waiting for the K3 visa tried to contact anyone to see what the holdup is? I've called the CSC to see if they can give me contact information for Chicago (aka Missouri) and they can't. But I have been told by them that the IMBRA is not affecting the K3 visas.

I hope the next time they update the dates it makes a really big jump from March 5. I can remember when I first started I had all the patience in the world because I knew what I was getting into, but now with the dates not moving and the whole Imbra situation I'm very frustrated. Today is my 7 month anniversary and I I really wish that I could be with the one who holds my heart. I can't help but to check the website everyday because I'm going insane in the membrane. All my family, friends, and co-workers keep asking me when your beautiful wife coming here, and all I can say is soon I hope. This has got to start moving again because i'm so close.

hm it is actually really strange, that everyone keeps telling us K3's are not affected...so hopefully they move on soon. :(

Is it true that IMBRA doesn't affect K3? When my hubby called them a few weeks ago, a rep told him that they now check more strictly and takes longer time :( I really really hope next time when they update the process time, the date will be changed... :crying:

This could give a little bit of an insight into how and when some K-3's will be affected. It doesnt help on the questions related to marriage brokers but it does seem to cover the convictions aspect of IMBRA when it comes to disclosures.
