Me and my fiance don't email, instead we chat on Yahoo messenger everyday. We also send letters and talk on the phone.

I have plenty of phone records, letters and cards. I also have saved all the transcripts to our messenger chats. So my question is will our case get a RFE because we don't have emails to show?

phone records, letters and cards, and or yahoo messenger transcripts is good enough, not sure what you meant by RFE, but USCIS don't care about these evidence, they only care about boarding passes, VISA entry/departure stamps, on going relationship needs to be at the interview stage.

That is very unlikely. As long as you provided evidence of having met within the last two years then you've met the requirement. At this point in the application process, this is what they are most concerned with.

For the interview, this is when prof of an ongoing relationship is critical. But not having e-mails is nothing to be concerned about! Bring the evidence you do have- phone bills, copies of letters, messenger chats, anything! My fiance and I don't e-mail, we don't send letters, and we never save our MSN convo's. Personally, I don't feel like our personal communications on paper or through text is anyone's business but our own.

Absolutely. E-Mails are not a must. As long as you can proof somehow that you kept in touch. And maybe you have some pictures from different times you have seen each other. We tried to pick some pictures where you can see different seasons of the year, which proof we have seen each other more than ones...

Pictures are still number one for the interview. If you substanially proved you met in person in the last 2 years you won't get a RFE.

Interview is the BIGGY where you have to prove a bona fide relationship. Multiple trips are a plus.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!

For my emails - i just took screen shots of the holding folder showing dates/subject lines of the 500+ emails we had.

For chats - I cherry picked across from day 1 of chatting to present, (removing anything personal), and had it on 10 sheets of paper.

Handful of pictures (with dates/place/people in the pic written on back).

We have three trips between us (2 times for her, once for me).

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.
