Hello everyone and thanks in advance for answering. I have a question, I am about to send in the I-130 form and I was pretty certain I had everything I needed, although when reading over the step by step process for filing the I-130, it states to send the FRONT and BACK of my US birth certificate (there is NOTHING on the back) and ALL the pages in my US passport (which is postly blank pages). Is this REALLY nessesary? I thought sending a copy of the front (obviously) of my birth paper and the page with the pic of my passport (and all pages with my trips to Egypt) would be enough? Am I wrong? Any help would be appreciated.

Send EXACTLY what they ask for or you're likely to get RFE'd. I sent copies of every single page of my passport with only 2 pages of stamps with my maiden name on it since that's the one I used to go to Senegal to get married and then I also sent copies of all my pages of my passport with my married name on it and every single page was blank.

The instruction for the I-130 Petition on the USCIS site do not ask for ALL pages of passport. On the JV Step by Step, this is where is said to do ALL the pages. I just don't see the point. I know people who did do this and others who didn't, really all I wasnted to know is if it made a difference after filing to speed it up. Anyhow, thanks for your advice and input, it truly is appreciated :-)
