good day to all! i have question please reply me i have my expired fiancee visa from my past ex fiancee last march 2009 then now i have new meet of a american national and we are both happy and married so what will i do? is the NVC will approve our spouse visa or CR1/K3? or am i need to surrender my packet my first expired fiancee and apply for spouse? WHAT WILL I DO? WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS TO DO... HELP ME THANK YOU ALL!

YOU ARE IN A BIG TROUBLE........DOES YOUR HUSBAND KNOW ALL ABOUT YOUR EX? IF NOT, THEN YOU ARE NOT TRUE AND FAITHFUL WIFE TO YOUR HUSBAND. MARRIAGE IS HOLY AND IT IS NOT A GAME OR A WAY SO THAT YOU CAN FLY HERE IN US. I SEE YOU GOT YOUR NOA1 ALREADY, HMMMMP THIS IS A VERY DIFFICULT CASE. YOU ARE IN THE CRITERIA OF FRAUDULENT. hey guys this is angel by the way IM NOT MARRIED KULANG LANG TALAGA MESSAGE KO non ko lang po yon ng HAPPILY MARRIED SOON EH DI SOON LANG ANG KULANG EH EH hindi pa nga ako marry please read my new post that i am not married i found this guy american national but were not married yet coz he is not here think of it for 90 DAYS mag marry ako GAMITIN NAMAN OTAK NIYO sakit pa kaya broken hearted huwag naman kayong manghusga masyado kung kulang ang message ko analyze all the consequences for ninety days mag marry ako ano ako HELLO think of it all KUNG KAYO NASA PART AKO ANONG GAWIN NIYO . ITS TOO LATE NALAMAN KO MY EX FIANCEE IS Has A LIVE IN PARTNER BEFORE THE FIANCEE VISA APPROVED COZ MY FIANCEE APPROVED LAST SEPTEMBER 2008 and sinadya talaga niya na mag expire KASI MAY IBA NGAYON AYAW NIYANG MAG CANCEL NG PAPERS even expired na KASI GUSTO NIYA BIGAMY kasi ako papakasalan niya tapos e divorce niya ako tapos yon ka live in partner na ang papakasalan niya dito sa US tapos papabalikin niya ko dito sa pinas tapos mag pakasal kami ulit dito niya gusto ng bf bigamy i dont want to tolerate him tapos ganon ako pa ang HINUHUSGAHAN NYO KULANG LANG TALAGA YON SOON PA NGA HINDI PA NGA NANGYAYARI EH MY NEW AMERICAN BF KNOWS MY EX-FIANCEE WHAT HE DID TO ME. Hi Angel! Surrender mo na lang packet na yan sa US Embassy saka yung expired visa mo kasi hindi mo naman nagamit. Para alam ng US embassy na hindi mo nagamit ang visa mo. Okey ba?

ITS TOO LATE NALAMAN KO MY EX FIANCEE IS Has A LIVE IN PARTNER BEFORE THE FIANCEE VISA APPROVED COZ MY FIANCEE APPROVED LAST SEPTEMBER 2008 and sinadya talaga niya na mag expire KASI MAY IBA NGAYON AYAW NIYANG MAG CANCEL NG PAPERS even expired na KASI GUSTO NIYA BIGAMY kasi ako papakasalan niya tapos e divorce niya ako tapos yon ka live in partner na ang papakasalan niya dito sa US tapos papabalikin niya ko dito sa pinas tapos mag pakasal kami ulit dito niya gusto ng bf bigamy i dont want to tolerate him tapos ganon ako pa ang HINUHUSGAHAN NYO KULANG LANG TALAGA YON SOON PA NGA HINDI PA NGA NANGYAYARI EH MY NEW AMERICAN BF KNOWS MY EX-FIANCEE WHAT HE DID TO ME. AND NOW WERE GETTING MARRIED SOONER PA OI MAYBE NEXT YEAR PA I am still in PHOBIA PA NGA EH.. so huwag kayong mag huhusga.. HINDI AKO ATAT MAGPUNTA NG US im happy here im not gold digger im not using a man for money coz i have my own house and lot here everywhere i go i can without my fiancee i just want to live a happy life im not using my new bf to go there in US we are both in love and planning to marry soon pa..gusto ko nga dito mag stay but my new bf is want me to live there in US he dont want to leave me here so thats why i ask you all how to cancel my visa or i need to surrender my packet what i am going to do? coz sooner we gonna apply for cr1 or spouse visa we dont want the consulate nga e deny my new visa soon dahil sa expired fiancee visa ko.

Hi Angel! Surrender mo na lang packet na yan sa US Embassy saka yung expired visa mo kasi hindi mo naman nagamit. Para alam ng US embassy na hindi mo nagamit ang visa mo. Okey ba?

Kung ikaw natuwa sa post nya Ate Marie...nasusuka na ako sa Hilo......

Pwede ba! paulit ulit nalang tayo dito e...para tayong pirated cd....Just get over the Expired Visa and go on with ur next step..just be honest with all the infos you give..para walang sisihan sa huli....PERIOD!
