based on reading the Op's previous posts in other threads back in Jan 09, she was issued k-1 Visa which expired in March 2009. the question is did she come to USA or remain in Philippines? as far as now being married to someone else, talk about a whirlwind romance

where are you now?

If you are in the US, then you could not be married to someone else except your petitioner.

You can marry someone else if you go to the US, you just can't adjust status and must go back before the 90 days.

If we are talking about K1 visa here, then she could not be married to someone else except the petitioner. If she married someone else...trash the K1 visa. And i think she was talking about the K1 visa... ;)

But she is a fast worker.... Have lot of male resources just to get to the US.

Lets give him benefit of the doubt....correct me if im wrong....

after recieving the visa..you have 90 days to marry your fiancee/fiance right? so maybe when she recieved the visa,OR before ther recieved the visa they are already having a Rocky Relationship.....

So,its 90days not 23days....:) i guess... but you are free to correct me....but wow! that was really a fast "healing process"

ANGEL: I just hope you made a right decision now, you are now married...no backing out...goodluck! I dont have any answer to your question, just wish you goodluck..

Fiancee Visa is good for 6months...Once you entered USA,you have 90 days to marry your fiance/fiancee...

The first petition should be cancelled then you and your husband can go with the spousal visa route.I hope your husband is aware of what's been goin on so there will be no arguments and misunderstanding between the two of you. Some relationships don't worked out its not unusual...Good luck!

The OP is going to have some difficulty here. Since she did not seek to renew the prior fiancee visa, but instead found another American to marry, there will be almost certainly a fraud investigation instigated if only for the purpose of a lack of bonafides. The CO will have a hard time believing such a "fickle" applicant is doing anything more than looking for a ticket to the US at any cost. Luckily for the OP, there seems to be numerous Filipinas (we know of at least 2 from VJ) that survived the extra scrutiny, and these marriages of "convenience" seem to end in divorce, once the Filipina becomes a USC, in another case we know of personally. And then there is another we know of, a bigamist, that somehow made it through the system while married to a Filipino with two children,, but managed to get a CENOMAR, and abandoned her sponsor, once she arrived in the US, and is now trying get her first husband and children to the US.

For those of us that try to play by the rules, this is unacceptable. However, a forum like this will tend to highlight many of these problem children, no doubt!

I guess her new hubby will be single again in a couple of years (once Conditions are Removed), if only someone could warn this guy as I doubt he knows she was engaged while she was "working" him.

I know it's jumping to comclusions but it's people who pull ####### like this that makes it difficult for the rest of us.

If the OP is still actually reading this I would suggest she goes to www.immigrate2us.net where they seem to think scoffing at US immigration Laws is a sport.

okay first up,ma'am what is it you really want? to be with someone or just come to the US? don't get me wrong but it sounds like you're desperate to come to the US and you'll do anything for visa. and USEM will know about this, coz they have records. and if you really love your EX-fiancee then you should have waited. TRUE LOVE WAITS. so ma'am, sorry but you're story is kinda obvious and this is very embarrassing. this is sick. this is one of the reasons why other country thinks filipinas are gold digger. tsk tsk.and does youre hubby now knows about this? i bet he does not know. cause if he did he would be bothered by it.hmm? okay ill shut up now. .... this is absurd. really really absurd. still goodluck with youre visa application. :innocent:
