Hi everyone,

Well I'm really not liking the way this RFE situation is going with the CSC...knowing my luck when i leave to India to see my Fiancee on Friday the RFE will arrive. I was thinking what if we send an E-mail or a Letter stating our answers to all of the above questions in the RFE rather than wait. i'm sorry maybe it's a silly idea but like the rest of you guys i'm not finding this amusing.

K-1 process

03/11/2006 - Engagement.

04/13/2006 - sent I-129F

04/17/2006 - I-129F delivered

04/20/2006 - NOA1

07/28/2006 - Touched07/31/2006 - Touched (NOA2!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

08/01/2006 - E-mail NAO2 saying i was approved 31st

08/18/2006 - Packet 3 sent to Consulate

12/28/2006 - Interview (it's going to be a lonely Christmas)

12/29/2006 - Picket up Visa , one way ticket to Dallas!!!!!

AOS Process

03/06/2007 - AOS process starts (D.O.R.A) Submit application and Interview

04/06/2007 - Biometrics

I don't think that will work. I think you will have to wait for the actual RFE form. We are all frustrated with California.

January 31, 2007 - 'AOS touched'

February 1, 2007 - GREEN CARD ORDERED!!!

February 5, 2007 - Received Welcome Letter

February 11, 2007 - received GREEN CARD!!

Lifting Conditions

January 10, 2009 - received 1-year extension letter

January 28, 2009 - biometrics

February 13, 2009 - 10-year green card ordered

The RFE needs your signature - that's the whole problem. But they sent out a batch on Friday June 23 so hopefully you will get it before you go - I'm in the same boat - leaving Friday.

Waiver approved after 10 months. Did NOT use a lawyer
