Hello guys

First I want to thank all of your help, without you and visa journey, I will not be able to finish this all by myself. (I will have to pay a lawyer to do all of paperwork)

I spent all day today going through all of paperwork and finally got it done. I would like to ask your opinions before I mail them out -

Here is my cover letter - ( I-751 form and $ 545 money order)

1. Copies of passports and permanent residence card

2. Copy of marriage certificate

3. Copy of house mortgage loan and warranty deed, showing joint ownership

4. Copy of mortgage payment

5. Copy of mortgage interest statement

6. Copy of 2007-2009 car insurance

7. Copy of joint checking account

8. Copy of joint savings account

9. Copy of 2007 and 2008 joint US tax return

10. Copy of medical Bill showing a joint policy

11. Copy of our dog’s insurance and vet bill

12. Copy of cell phone bills (4 of last two years wireless bills)

13. Copy of utility bill (most current electricity and gas)

14. Copy of our joint account debit cards (block numbers but last 4 digits)

15. Copy of our driver’s license

16. Copy of Christmas card from family

17. My brother and sister-in-law's letter stating that I entered into this marriage in a good faith and we are still together as couple.

18. 12 photos of us, family and friends during our trips

Please let me know if I miss anything or need to add more stuffs. Thank you.

born2farm: Looks like you have a lot of good evidence.

You are not required to provide copies of your passport or marriage certificate. Also, it will be easier to track payment of the fee if you use a personal check. Everything else looks good.

The one question I have is what time period does your evidence cover? Do you have samples of bills or statements from the beginning, the middle and the most recent period of your marriage? If not, you might want to do that - include a few more bank statements and a few more utility bills that are from earlier in your marriage as well as most recent. The variety of evidence looks good so as I said, that was the only potential issue I could see:-).
