I hope someone can help me out with this.

I'm filling out the I-134 (my mom is my co-sponsor) and on the first line it says "I name residing at .....

My question is about what to put for residency. I am currently living with my fiance in Honduras. Should I use my current residency here, or should I put the residency where we will be living in the states? I still receive mail there, but I currently reside here. Which one is correct?

Thanks.

Lindsay

Note inorder for a US citizen to provide an affidavit of support, you need to have maintained a US domicile, and may be required to provide proof of US Domicile.

As for residency you can note your foreign residency, but will need to provide proof of US Domicile (IRS Returns, US bank account, US billing address, etc...)

So I should write my Honduras residency on that part of the form?

I am planning to bring various items for proof of domicile.

Yes you can list foreign residency.

Are you using a joint sponsor? Or are you working for a company that is US based and your income will continue after you return to the USA?
