Urgent Help Needed! Oath Tomorrow.

HI, guys.

I will have my Oath ceremony tomorrow morning.

Right now, I am try to organize all my documents, but I could not find my interview letter, I mean the interview letter for the interview two month ago, I guess I mailed it back with the requested documents that the IO requested during the interview.

am I gonna be OK? for those of you who went to the oath before, what kind document they will look at other than Green card and oath letter.

7/15 - Package was delivered at 11am

7/15 - Date of NOA

7/19 - Check was cashed

7/19 - NOA letter was received

7/28 - Biometrics letter received, date- 8/23/2011

8/01 - Early Biometric was done

11/15 - Card Production ordered

11/19 - 10 years Green Card arrived.

as far as i know they take away only green card and oath letter.. that's all..

you don't need interview letter anymore.. relax

No need for interview letter, thats in the past!! I just showed oath letter and greencard---and they will take the greencard away from ya as you no longer need it

Canadians Visiting the USA while undergoing the visa process, my free advice:

1) Always tell the TRUTH. never lie to the POE officer

2) Be confident in ur replies

3) keep ur response short and to the point, don't tell ur life story!!

4) look the POE officer in the eye when speaking to them. They are looking for people lieing and have been trained to find them!

5) Pack light! No job resumes with you

6) Bring ties to Canada (letter from employer when ur expected back at work, lease, etc etc)

7) Always be polite, being rude isn't going to get ya anywhere, and could make things worse!!

8) Have a plan in case u do get denied (be polite) It wont harm ur visa application if ur denied,that is if ur polite and didn't lie! Refer to #1

Wife had to sign the rear of her oath letter in front of an officer, but was okay to check the boxes that she was a good girl from the time she had her interview. Ha, don't get a speeding ticket driving to your oath ceremony, nor try to overthrow the government. And don't forget your greencard, no greencard and no certificate. Good luck.

I brought that with me but they did not even bother to look at it nor even ask for it. All you need most importantly are your GC & your Oath notice. Fill up that notice and sign too. And don't forget your camera..Goodluck!
