Our interview will be on 06/23/2009.

My wife it is 15 weeks pregnant.

By June, she will be week 23 (big bally).

Dos anybody know if we get any break from the interview officer?

It is obvious that we if are having a baby, our marriage it is legit.

Like Len said... the only good news is that you are expecting a baby!!! As far as the pregnancy helping your case, unfortunately, it doesn't.

Being pregnant is reasonable proof that she had sex with someone (doesn't rule out artificial insemination). It does not prove who the father is. It does not prove that she was in a bonafide relationship with the donor. It does not prove she is in a bonafide relationship with the sponsor.

Maybe it won't help, but it won't hurt, either. I did hear of a case where the interviewer actually pointed to the lady's belly and said to the husband "is that yours"? Very rude. Better to hear it now, just in case, though!

I wonder if you could find a way to make the pregnancy work for you, though. Maybe have a friend or family member write you a "congratulations" card and mail it to the two of you. Another idea is to have someone take a picture of the two of you preparing the baby's room, shopping for baby things, or something. I'm sure you can come up with a way.

Anyway, best of luck at the interview! Congratulations on the baby!
