Hello All,

I just want to do everything right...

1) Sent AOS package in March

2) Biometrics done in March

3) Case transferred to California

3) Should I wait the EAD to be delivered by mail in May?

4) According to the threads cases fwd to California usually don't need the interview and the GC should be mailed. Nobody knows how long...may vary from months up to 1 year, right?

5) I don't need to do anything else? Am afraid that I may be missing something...

Am I missing something or should I just wait?

BTW - I don't know how people know that the case was touched...I tried to see my case but couldn't...Someone can help me please?

THANKS!!!!!

I am confused, wait for what?? EAD takes up to 90 days to process, AOS can take longer, I have seen a few cases where green-card arrives before EAD is approved.

Green-card replaces EAD.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

Yes, all you do now is wait. There is nothing more you need to do. The EAD should come before 90 days and the GC will usually come in 4-6 months.
