My husband is a Kenyan citizen, here in the US on an F1 visa. I'm a natural born US citizen. We're working on his adjustment of status and all the other forms that we have to file to support that. They all say that they can be filed after or with the AOS, so we're just going to send them all at once.

My question is: many of the forms ask for 2 passport style photos of him, me, or both of us, to be sent with the form. Do we need to send 2 for every form that asks for them? Or can we just send 2 of him and 2 of me in the package?

TIA. I'm going crazy trying to figure all this stuff out! :dead:

05-2004: Mr.'s 2nd trip to USA, tourist visa, spent lots of time w/Mrs.

12-19-2004: Mr. arrived in USA on F1 visa

03-25-2006: Mr. & Mrs. started dating

03-14-2009: GOT MARRIED!!

04-13-2009: Medical Exam

04-24-2009: filed AOS (I-130, I-131, I-134, I-485)

04-27-2009: Delivered

05-01-2009: Checks deposited

05-04-2009: NOA1

06-06-2009: RFE received for I-864 (because we sent the I-134...oops)

06-08-2009: I-864 sent

06-15-2009: Biometrics letter received

06-26-2009: AP received

07-10-2009: Biometrics Appointment

09-10-2009: Interview

09-10-2009: Approval!

09-25-2009: Green Card Received

Every form gets their own set. Can't double up. Treat each form as if sending separately. Yes lots of photos. Smile!

Phil (Lockport, near Chicago) and Alla (Lobnya, near Moscow)

As of Dec 7, 2009, now Zero miles apart (literally)!

They need picture of him, not you.

Do treat each form as if they are separate and I even put them in little zipper bags and wrote his name and what forms they were attached to just in case they get separated.

There are forms that ask for a picture of you (I am not sure what you are filing but we filed the 130/485/765) so be sure to include that with which ever forms ask for it.

04/16/2009 Received pink notice of medical exam needed

04/17/2009 Had medical exam done by Civil Surgeon (have to return on Tuesday 04/21/2009 forResults)

04/24/2009 Papers delivered to Lees Summit (MSC) :o)

05/07/2009 Received email from CRIS that EAD card has been ordered & should arrive within 30 days

05/08/2009 Received email from CRIS that EAD Approval Notice was sent

05/09/2009 Received EAD card in mail YAAAAAY

05/12/2009 Applied for Social Security Card

05/15/2009 NOA received with I-485 interview date 07/20/2009

07/20/2009 AOS Interview in Orlando FL

07/21/2009 Email received " Card Production Ordered " YAAAAY 139 days!

07/24/2009 Welcome letter received! & Approval of I-130 also received! Yaaay

08/04/2009 Green Card received! Hoooraaaaay!!
