Filing DCF from Beijing

I want to ask everyone if they see any problems with the direction we are going to get my fiancee'/wife to America.

We have been living and working in Beijing China legally for the past 5 years with work and residence permits.

I am American and she is Russian.

We will be going to the Civil Services building here in Beijing this Friday (April 24th, 2009) to be legally married.

The following week after the marriage, we will file the DCF with the consulate here in Beijing or Guangzhou.

In June I will go back to America and get us an apartment in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and to find myself some employment.

She will continue to work in Beijing while she waits for the interview to be scheduled here in China.

Does this look like a good direction to take? Are there any changes, additions or adjustments that anyone would suggest?

Thank you
