Could stay up the rest of the night doing a web search on this so-called new technology, thousands of sites, but all BS and comments from people that do not know what they are talking about.

Gathered an electric motor is used to drive the wheels, and can go up to 30 miles on three lithium batteries and that must weight and cost a ton of money to power a Hummer. But then they claim a conventional gasoline four cylinder engine can keep those batteries charged for a range of 400 miles getting anywhere from 100-140 mpg? Simple math dictates it only has a four gallon gas tank to go that far. But get a bit lost when an inefficient gas powered IC engine turning a powerloss generator, to charge additional powerloss batteries, to run a further power losing electric motor.

Efficiency dictates that the overall the system would be far more efficient if that four cylinder engine directly drives the vehicle without all of that added electrical stuff. But a tiny four cylinder engine certainly can't provide the power that a large gas hungry 8 cylinder engine can output.

Something is missing here, it just sounds too good to be true.

There is no savings. Your always gonna trade one source of energy for the other and all of them cost money. Plug it in, your gonna pay high electrical costs. Just get you a small gas efficient car.
