Hi VJers! Just today, i was able to get an earlier interview appointment for me which is Apr. 27, 2009 at 7am. I'm looking for anyone here who has the same schedule with me and i'm hoping to see u there!

Anyway, i'm going to repost this again coz i'm preparing my DS Forms so i could pay the visa fee in BDO this week. I just wanna ask all of those who already passed their K1 interview regarding the DS157 and 156K. Well, I'm just confused with the sample forms here and to the other sites i found, so I got 2 questions here.

1) In DS157, in the field of "Full Name (in Native Alphabet)", should I write N/A or write my full name?

2) In DS156K, in the part of DO NOT WRITE BELOW THIS LINE. do i have to fill up the blank there and write the name of my fiance and affix my signature there? Some say they were told to fill it up while they are in line during their interview date and some say just wait for the consul to ask you to sign it up. So what do you think is the best thing i should do here?
