Application Type: CRI89 , PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS OF PERMANENT RESIDENT STATUS RECEIVED

Current Status: Card production ordered.

On April 20, 2009, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. Just follow the link below to register.

Thanks to everyone who is posting in this forum,I'll see you guys next month in the N-400 forum, i can finally relax, travel which i was kind of scared to just with the extension letter. Again thank to every one and more important THANK YOU GOD, i actually went to my congressman today and had a very dissapointing experience with their service and just when i thought God had forgotten about me i get this notice in my email. Good luck to all you guys.

6/11/2010 - NOA in my mail box

6/17/2010 - Able to see case status "Initial Review"

6/18/2010 - LUD

7/2/2010 - Called mis-information line to put in a service request for STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED "FP NOTICE"

7/8/2010 - LUD, at 2:32am, received text msg and e-mail for req. for add'l evidence being mailed out on July 6th, believe it's for the FP

7/12/2010 - Received FP notice in mail, scheduled for 8/2/2010

7/15/2010 - Walk in FP

7/22/2010 - Online status changed to "Case sent to local office for interview schedule"

7/27/2010 - Received interview letter for 8/23/2010

8/23/2010 - Passed interview, was informed that next oath date is 9/22/2010 and oath letter will come in the mail

9/3/2010 - Received oath letter in the mail for 9/22/2010

March 11- mailed out AOS to chicago

March 31- I-485 touched.

April 3- got letter in mail saying Initial interview on May 15.

interview came way too fast..

approved 2 yr card on july 2007

Feb10 - mailed out I-751 to CSC

Feb20 - did biometrics

waiting waiting waiting for the 10 year card......................................

Thanks to every one for their kind words,and keep the faith if it happened to me it can happen to anyone, your approval will come soon with no interview . For some reason USCIS email me the approval today again,lol. I guess since they know they were late they want to make sure i know i got the "Card production ordered" message. My status changed online yesterday on their website , right after they emailed me for the 1st time, lets see how long it takes for my card to come. I'll be more than happy to talk to anyone that needs help, I sent a lot and i mean a lot of joint documents, leases, affidavits, cellphone bills, electric, cable, copies of our tickets for the 2 times we went out of the country, boarding passes, pictures, you name it. Someone had posted that if you send too many documents ,they will think it is fraud, well i dont think so, the whole point of the i751 is for you to show that you still married and that you didnt get married for money, how can you prove that? 1st in an interview (which no one wants) in person you can be questioned left and right, and 2nd, sending paper work as proof so that they see that you arent commiting fraud and so they dont call you in for an interview. Its my personal opinion based on my case and what i sent.
