May 2009 AOS filers

[second stage 14]

My parents were able to walk-into another ASC center and completed their FPs this morning but according to them most of the FingerPrints were not legible on the screen and some of the fingers were legible only at about 50% or less.

Does this mean we would eventually get a second FP notice and possible an RFE down the line?

I did add my parents' timeline, I am not sure if it works.

The timeline works but its nice to add that timeline to your signature as well so it shows up everytime when you post a message or reply to someone elses.

I got Bio appointment letter today, it is only for I-485 as we did not apply for I-765.

Is it possible that my parents apply I-765 now? Will USCIS ask them do Bio again? I know Second Stage's parents applied it and could have chances apply SSN.

You can still apply for I-765 and Bio is valid for 12-15 months so your parents will not be asked to re-take their Bio again.

Also the bio letter is only for I-485, not for I-765.

My parents had a valid reason. You can try early-walkin..some ASC's allow and some don't.
