would a DCF be faster & better than a K1 or K3 visa?

i'm new to this site and the more i read, i find more ways that people have filed for there SO to come to the US. i'm a bit confused as to what way works best, is fastest. anyone with any information on this i would be greatful for your help, thank you.

Generally yes but the US citizen petitioner needs to be a resident in Morocco for at least 6 months in order to qualify. Oh and you need to be married

Indeed, DCF is ONLY available to married couples residing together abroad. Otherwise, you are simply not eligible for it.

Looking at the processing times now, tho, it looks like filing here is going faster than DCF (since you have to have residency in Morocco for 6 months).....and that's 6 months from getting the residency card, which you don't get right away when you move there.....
