Nebraska is now processing May 29 while California hasn't changed and it is still on Feb 15. What gives? My fiancee originally filed the K-1 visa application to Nebraska and recently it was transferred to Caliornia. Now there is no movement from California and Nebraska went from Feb 20 to May 29?

Welcome to the world of CSC....they rarely move their dates and they are the slowest service center of all of them. Hoever....don't pay too much ttentionto the processing dates because they really make no sense. When I received my NOA2 approval, my receipt date was February 8 or 9th (can't remember exactly) but the service center processing date said February 3......go figure???? :hehe:

well, I noticed that all the other (employment-based) I-129 petitions at Nebraska are also listed as May 29. I think some monkey just entered that to put something there. It was probably completely arbitrary and based on dates they had just written... just my .02

Those dates are meaningless. Not worth even checking them.

8-30-05 Met David at a restaurant in Germany

3-28-06 David 'officially' proposed

4-26-06 I-129F mailed

9-25-06 Interview: APPROVED!

10-16-06 Flt to US, POE Detroit

11-5-06 Married

7-2-07 Green card received

9-12-08 Filed for divorce

12-5-08 Court hearing - divorce final

The only time those dates have any wieght is determining when you are over the 30 days processing window. The actual dates themselves can seem pretty arbitrary.

K1 Visa Process long ago and far away...

02/09/06 - NOA1 date

12/17/06 - Married!

AOS Process a fading memory...

01/31/07 - Mailed AOS/EAD package for Olga and Anya

06/01/07 - Green card arrived in mail

Removing Conditions

03/02/09 - Mailed I-751 package (CSC)

03/06/09 - Check cashed

03/10/09 - Recieved Olga's NOA1

03/28/09 - Olga did biometrics

05/11/09 - Anya recieved NOA1 (took a call to USCIS to take care of it, oddly, they were helpful)

i think only vermont and cali are now processing I-129f's (hence petitions sent from nebraska to cali). but i heard that in vj so who knows how accurate it is.

Nebraska did not transfer all of their I-129Fs.
