My Alien Registration Number in my visa is different from the A Reg. # given in the NOA2.

I think its a typographical error number 1 should be number 7. I recieved my K1 visa last March 21 and i just noticed that the numbers are different.

Should I call USEM before leaving the country for clarification? Will this affect my visa approval?

Your visa is approved. You do not present the NOA2 at POE, only the visa. Were it me, I would call after I arrive. You will include a copy of your visa and your NOA2 notice with your AOS papers. I would expect that would be the proper time for USCIS to correct the error.
