hello vj members.......

i was reading some topics about k3 process and especially how its going in consulate of usa in casa (morocco)..and some topics make me so worry and afraid coz i saw there that some cases denied coz of age difference, some coz validity of relationship, other one denied coz the co interviewer did'nt believe a man loves her american woman and she asked him about 50 questions then asked him about the wedding things and why they did'nt make a wedding with presence of family and friends as long as they were married in morocco, and why he did'nt bring photosn of wedding with her wife and family and freinds all together!!!!! and why no one of the family of the american woman didn't came with her to morocco !!! ...i want to know your opinion about all that vj memebs especially that iam wea re planning me and my princess to marrry in october and iam sure you have experiences on that and you can help me coz iam new on that stuff.

i want to let you know that iam 23 years old moroccan and my american princess has just turned 34 years old the day before..so i want to know is that age difference will be a problem for us? we are planning to marry in october and she will come here to me for the first time and spend 3 weeks with me.iam really worry about that wedding stuff and photos with family coz she has only 3 weeks here in morocco and and iam not sure we will have that time to make a big wedding party coz i think we will spend the most of time on the paper work (get her eligibility to marry, certify it in foreign affairs ministry, transalte many documents,......etc). and iam worry if we won't have time to celebrate the wedding party coz you know that special wedding occasion need alot of preparations and invite family, friends to attend the wedding.

plz tell me what should i do to make every thing good and guaranted and have no problems in the future with consulate interviewer. i'm worry some cases was dinied coz of no wedding ,age difference,no photos with family!!!!!!!!!.......etc.

please tell me what should i do me and her exactly coz we are going to marry in october and what if we wont have a time enough for a wedding ?????

you replies and advices will be greatly appreciated...

I suggest you guys meet in person and try the shoe on before getting worried about how to get to the US. And yes, red flags are already flying high with you guys age difference.

This is probably either the OP's first time to VJ, or he's been a lurker and has just now gathered the courage to post - can't we give him a nicer reception?

Reday4you - I've sent you a PM, hope it helps. And welcome to VisaJourney - best of luck.

The guides dont hold any answers to the questions he is asking. So the curt response is niether helpful nor necessary.

"you fondle my trigger then you blame my gun"

Timeline: 13 month long journey from filing to visa in hand

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive, and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

Thanks!

I suggest you guys meet in person and try the shoe on before getting worried about how to get to the US. And yes, red flags are already flying high with you guys age difference.

Honestly, if this is the first time she is visiting you, I would file for a K1 visa instead, then get married in USA.

Have her come in October to visit you, take pics of you and her, and your family, spend the 3 weeks together, have a great time, then she will return to USA and file for a K1 visa. Just because you apply for a K3 a married visa, being marriage is not going to guarantee the C.O will see it as a true marriage. It is only my oponion. Ive had 2 friends where the woman was almost 10 years older and they both were granted K1 visas.

Sometines age does not play a part in it, alot depends on it, Im 9 years older then my husband, but we have been together for almost 3 years now, he is from Algeria, even though we just re-married in Feburay. But over the almost 3 years together, we had 4 vacations together, joint banking, life insurance, and etc., still it is no guarantess we will be approved, but i think you need a lot more eveidence behind you , I would do a K1 petition instead. Good luck which ever way you file.

Truly happy!!!

New life, new adventures, and a new attitude.

Man to man . . . smarten up.

yer 23 go figure.

if you have to ask this age question, you have the good sense to know RED FLAG.

23 yo is notorious for dumb decision (been there)

Clearly you want out (true or not)

All serious . . meet and marry women respectably.

Do not marry upon first meeting.

This is for life. LIFE. YOURS AND HERS.

The first true test of your relationship is:

tell her to come back to morocco for the wedding.

Spend the first weeks together as fiancé and fiancée.

Being engaged is a short sweet special time

There is plenty time for husband and wife.

Hi..

As you know that u both have age difference it may or maynot cause problem. It all depends if you prove your self in front of them. Start collecting the evidences of ongoing relationship from now onwards. If you have enough proof of true relationship they will probably be convinced.

Like the gifts reciepts, phone call records, emails, yahoo messenger chatting, or whatever the way you both communicate.Keep a record of everything. At the time of interview you will need them.
