congratulations to everyones progess..

I have a question: what's with the messeges I've seeen about IV payments being delayed due to system error????

I paid my IV bill last week, waited until the website showed it paid and printed my cover letter, sent package thurday, to be delivered friday am.

I called today and per the rep she says IV not showing paid on her end and some other garbage????????

why would there be a discrepancy????????????

she said I would have to wait for instructions to pay IV bill and send the package, but I already did that last week. So I'm now confused.

and I see that Seren is having some issues with the payment too, could you please tell me what happen there?

IV fee takes about 3-4 days to be processed at NVC.

If it still shows pending after a week you need to request NVC to put in a request to have the issue fixed.

This is a NVC internal issue they have 2 systems and usually one system shows the bill as paid while the other shows the payment in pending status. They have to manually fix this issue (which is their system problems) and can take any where from 2-4 weeks.

We are at week 2

She said she was going to put in an expedite to have payment researched..

to which I aske her if this was going to delayed my process, since I also sent in the DS-230 package...

I swear, just went you thought you were getting some where here...

the online payment system showed bill paid last week on the 14th therefore I sent in all the required information...so what happends will it ge lost in limbo or something?

As for me, I am sooo annoyed with VSC. I just called to put in a service request. I was told that they could not do it now, because their system was down and they have to verify the processing times. Like I'm lying!!!!!

Get the senator involved. Call USCIS till you get someone to put in a Service request

Hi all

Update: Called NVC a little while ago and 2 operators confirmed our CR1 is already out of AP ( I guess cz our K3 was in AP previously so the CR1 AP was as predicted much shorter. They must have put us in CR1 AP since April 2nd...hmmm. Thank God K3 was good for something ) According to operator our CR1 is now in final review stages!! I am hoping for a case complete by Friday or Monday at the latest. OMG dare I get excited about a possible May interview flip????

And the good news keeps on coming! Another operator now informed me that both our AOS and DS 230 are accepted with NO RFE!! THANK U GOD!!!! After all the worryinggggggggg and stressing!! It seems case complete should be coming my way tomorrow or sometime in the next couple of days Just woke poor hubby up cz he has been taking this whole CR1 being stuck in AP so hard. I am glad he is finally smiling again

Now we hope for more good news from Q and Candid
