Two definitions for a conservative, one is traditional values, like give me that old time religion, the other is to spend money wisely, also two definitions for a liberal, one is to come out with much better ideas on how to accomplish any task, the other is to spend money unwisely. How either of these two definitions apply to either current political party beats the hell our of me. Both parties spend money unwisely and both parties come up with new ideas, like taking away our freedom for the sake of national security, deregulations of the super rich so they can get richer. Reagan, Bush, and the other Bush left office with our country deep in debt, Clinton sold us out to China, find it difficult to side with either party.

Not including the OP's post, this thread is a shining example of why nothing positive gets done in the United States. Both sides of the political fence are to busy hating and arguing with each other for anything to happen -- other than trying to beat the other into submission, I suppose.
