CONGRATULATION WITH YOUR APPROVAL! Iwould like to give you my advise. I am almost done with NVC process. Today I am sending my DS-230 and supporting documents to NVC. It takes me only 2 weeks to send all the required documents. Please prepare all the DS-3032, AOS and all supporting documents. CALL them every day and talk to live operator. If you provide them with your and your beneficiary email addresses, they will send you all the information via email. You can pay for AOS Bill and DS-230 bill online and I could not combine both, because they activate one bill payment after another. Be patient, check the website regularly and it should not take a long time, NVC works very professional and fast. Good luck to you with a speedy process.

Hi Everyone,

Our NOA 2 got (finally) Approved!!! on 14Apr'09.

Well, as usual was checking the USCIS site and finally saw some change in the Last Updated Date. Last Updated Date showed 14Apr'09. was pretty excited and was awaiting the Approval email. On 18Apr'09 my Husband recd Hard Copy of the NOA 2 which said that the case was approved on 14Apr'09 and has been sent to NVC. Well even as of today the USCIS site shows Status as 'Case Recieved and Pending'.

Well the letter says - "NVC will contact the person for whom you are petitioning (beneficiary) concerning further immigrant visa processing steps.". How will NVC contact me? and when do we get the NVC Case No.?

Hi Congratulations!,,

My Mother in Law based in US, called me that they received a mail from US Immigration.. My Petitioner (my Hubby) is here with me in the Phils. .. We're thinking it's a NOA2.. It was written there that they're going to mail me (beneficiary) here in the Phils.. just need to wait for 20 days.. what kind of mail.. forms?..

please enlighten me with this.. Thanks! =D
