Co sponsor whic form should we use?

Hey guys my husband is getting the I134 form ready, and we found out that we will need a co sponsor and his mother will be the ONE she is very kind and I would like to know which form she has to fill out as a co sponsor?

Is it the I134 too or the I 864 form ?

My husband is my sponsor so he needs to fill out the I 134.

My mother in law will be my co sponsor wich form she will need to fillout?

Do you think have a co sponsor would be a problem to get the visa ?
