Worst Personality:

1) Nixon

2) Obama and Clinton <TIED>

3) Carter

Coolest Personality Between Bush Junior, Obama, and Clinton:

Best personality = Bush (17 votes, 50%)

2 = Obama (10 votes, 29.4%)
