what did people do before online services? they did it the old fashion way... they simply had to wait...

I kept mine, but I never needed it except for when my husband came to the US for the birth of our son and it was just to prove we had started the immigration process. As far as this journey goes... I never needed it for anything... even the interview.

I am not sure but you can call USCIS customer service and request for NOA1.
