if a letter to cancel the I-129F is sent to the USCIS, do they send you a notice of cancellation as a proof that the I-129F is cancelled? how long will that take?

anyone here who have experience cancelling I-129F's?

It takes as long as it takes. If I were you, I'd send the letter and then focus on meeting in person and filing again. By now, the solution should be crystal clear to you.

If you re file, you must submit a letter requesting a waiver. Not that you actually need one, but you are just following the law...or their interpretation of the law.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

hello im just a new member in here. I just want to know if we can still re apply for I 129f.because we got denied. the reason is we filled 2years after. me and my fiance met on june 2014. but at that time im sti waiting for my annulmnt decision. finally my annulmnt was granted on sept. 2016. and on dec. 2016 we filled. got noa1 after 3 weeks. and we waited for noa2, for 6 months, but sad to say it was not noa2' we got a letter and it was an RFE. asking us an evidence for meeting within 2 years. and the marriage cert. that is null and void. which we know that we send it when we filled the I 129f. so my fiance decided to come again to phils. so we took pictures me and him together with my family. which is the sevond time he met my family. so when he went back to usa. he sent all the evidence that they were asking. and after 1month october 25 2017we received letter from uscis. it was a denial letter. can we still re apply and when? need your help n advice. thank u.

My question is since my petition has expired (It expired in June of this year) what type of letter do I need to send in with the new petition? And which box do I check for the waiver. Thank you
