If I paid the $455.00 when filling the I-129F is there a fee to pay for med exam and the interview in Guangzhou

I'm pretty sure I have to pay for med exam but where do I pay it ?

Do I have to pay for interview too and where?

Yes, you'll pay for a medical exam, the $131 visa fee and a visa delivery fee. Instructions for doing so will be in the P3. You can see all this at the Consulate's website.

As pushbrk said the fee for a K visa is $131 which will need to be paid prior to the interview at a CITIC bank location - the instructions on how to do this is included in the P3 packet - here is the link for the instructions:

The fee for the medical exam varies depending on which hospital that you choose to have it at - the instructions for the medical exam along with the prices are included in the P4 packet - here is that link:

I have her daughter coming too, age 12. Are there additional fees besides the $455?

Yes that is correct - each will have to pay the $131 for the actual visa plus the fee for 2 medical exams.
