I need some help regarding my visa. I had applied for I-130 and G 325A and it got approved from nvc.... But i need help with Affidavit of Support...... I am looking for someone who can sponsor my husband.... but i couldn't find anyone who can help me..... I saw this ad on newspaper about international law associates.... these people help in sponsoring the affidavit of support but they need my original copies of passport, driver license, etc... and there office are located in new york.... but i cant trust them... i dont know if they really sponsor affidavit of support or not? I need some advice regarding this.... I appreciate if someone helps me with this.

Keep trying to find someone to co sponsor your husband.

Timeline: 13 month long journey from filing to visa in hand

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive,and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

Never heard of them. Are you sure they don't just help with filling out forms (ie an immigration lawyer)? It would seem strange that they'd actually agreed to be responsible financially.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
