According to an ABS-CBN press release, they will be taking a tour of the CSC on this week's show. Although this show is primarily dealing with Filipino immigration issues, the information they present is valid to most situations, and the show is presented in English as well. Might be worth a look for those with TFC.

this was ran a couple weeks ago. I already seen it. It is not that great.. Just look at the file and they explain the process. Mostly they have contract workers doing the processing and goverment workers approving the petition or if it was denied or RFE it gets recheck by a supervisor..
