The instruction say when filing AOS, you need G-325A of for K1 visa holder or the beneficiary (your

fiance(e), do you need one copy for youself as well (the petitioner)? I recalled reading in this VJ forum, someone mentioned form G-325A, you need one copy for yourself and one copy for your wife(husband), is this true?

I would appreciate any feedback or for those who had already done this and approved or know this fact, please let me know because I will be filing OAS for my wife next week. All papers were done, except whether to include one copy G-325A about me with the package or not?

Thank you.

Petitioner doesn't have to file a G325A for AOS. Lots of people do but no need.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!

For AOS from K-1, no. You need one only for your wife, not the USC.
