My husband and I have just started the k-3 visa process. He has been trying to prepare things, so there will be no additional delays. He went to the tax office and discovered that his job was not deducting taxes from his pay. He now has an overdue balance in taxes. If he does not pay do you think it will effect him getting a visa? I'm thinking that it may, but want additional comments. I know they don't check our taxes in America, only our taxes for adjusted gross income. Is that correct?
