OF-169 form?

Hi,

Is the OF-169 form part of the CR-1/I-130 visa process or not?

Also, is the OF-230 the same as the DS-230 form? I know the DS-230 form is part of the I-130 process, but I saw something that mentioned a OF-230 form; not sure if that is the same form or something different.

I am trying to get all of the forms ready in advance and just a bit confused about the OF-forms, because I did not see them mentioned anywhere else.

Is there a list of all forms used/needed throughout the entire CR1-1/I-130 visa process? This would sure be helpful to me.

Thanks much!

Steve

Does any one know anything about this form? I did not get any responses to the post--hopefully someone knows if the OF-169 form is used/needed for the I-130 process.

Thanks Much

"OF" means "Optional Form". As such, they are consulate specific. Since you haven't filled in your profile to include country and visa category, we are handicapped in answering your questions.
