Hi - I am ready to send my I-751 package on Monday - should I write the A# on each page? I remember reading a post and someone was suggesting this would be a good ideea, in case files get lost or mis-placed...but I have around 90-100 pages...what do you guys think? Also, should I put labels at the bottom of the pages for easy browsing?

Thank you.

Yes ....you should. But you should write or put labels on the top right corner. If you have a bunch of paper securely stapled together, just write the A# on the first page.It doesn't have to be each and every page literally.Thats what i did for my immigration forms.I wrote it on each loose document/certificate and on first page of stapled bunch of papers and used a clip binder for the whole bundle.

Best of Luck.....

Never once put a A# on any evidence that we sent with all the application we have done over the years. But I guess if it make you feel less worried then go for it.

Cant imagine what you are sending as evidence that take up 100 pages. Our had 32 pages and we never got a RFE.

It doesn't hurt to label them, and if it makes you feel any better then go for it! I didn't write them down individually though, I typed my name, type of application and A # on top (with the A# on the top right corner) as word doc and printed them on mostpages.

I wrote A#, name, form number and form name on every single page, front and back, except the form itself. It's not a requirement, it's one of those "just in case" measurement, ease of mind.

I didn't put labels because I didn't have that patience after I wrote the above things more than 160 times, but you sure could.

It is better to write A# on each page (upper right corner) and label the document for easy browsing since you are going to send almost 100 pages.

I have one of those stamps that you can customize.

I did it with my name and A#.

I stamped all the pages on my i-751 and n-400.
