i remember i already asked this question here before .if manila US embassy dont accept co-sponsor coz ive heard that. and good thing 3 replies i got that its not true....still the Manila US embassy accept co-sponsor. however i read again one post here and date july 2008 that she asked th CO if they accept co-sponsor but the CO said No they dont accpet co-sponsor for k1 visa only for AOS.Now im really confuse coz were going to have a co-sponsor my mom i because my latest W2 2008 doesnt met the above poverty level for 4 person thats the reason were going to ahve a co-sponsor...and one thing i dont knw the required above povertylevel for 4 person.VJ family pls help us were really confuse what is the truth...

It varies on who is looking at your case, and probably what other evidence is in your case.

Did you contact the embassy yourself?

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

Case by case basis. If you have steady job you have a better chance.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

This gets asked a lot - specifically about Manila - a lot of misinformation swirling around USEM.

The answer is in fact, they will accept a co-sponsor.

no i didnt call manila us embassy.but ive read post here she said she was definitely sure that Manila US embassy do not accept co-sponsor.and i sent personal message to her ans she replied she said 100 sure no co-sponsor for afiidavit i-134 only for i-1864 co-sponsor is allowed.but im still hoping the answer YES that CO accept co-sponsor.esp.now the whole world facing global financial crisis.however my fiance has work but the problem is he didnt met the required co-sponsor for 4 person.hope to hear advices from VJ family soon
